The second bath is located off the hall area. The 2nd bedroom area is large enough for a queen bed, with lots of drawers and closet storage. The main bedroom area is close by and also has it's own master bath. The laundry room is located off the back entry door, which includes a full size washer and dryer. There is room for 2 cars in the front of the unit carport area. Owner prefers 1+ year lease. Small pets are OK.
